Well, well, well... I've finally figured out this whole process on DA. I have been leaving some comments on artwork that has caught my eye. I hope to read some of the poetry and submit some of my own. I guess this my chance to finally put my English Degree to the test. I minored in art for a while to, so that helps. Anyway, I'm trying to develop a Lovecraft illustration collection. Some will be my take on a scene from his stories, and others will be theoretical images such as The Summoning in my gallery. Well, my 3rd day on here and I was notified that I had one of my images nominated for the "DD." I wasn't sure what the hell that meant. Everyone seemed to think I deserved it, so I was ok with it, but still a bit skeptical, well maybe worried about the implications of these ominous D's. I was finally told that it meant Daily Deviation, and I was relieved to know that it didn't mean that my work was a piece of crap...lol, and that people really dig my pen and ink work.
